Attorney Christopher A. Hájek

Mr. Hájek graduated from the Detroit College of Law in 1993 and has experience in a
wide range of litigation and appellate cases in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Hájek
received his B.A from Central Michigan University in 1982, and worked for Electronic
Data Systems (EDS) in technical, finance and international technology export positions.

Mr. Hájek concentrates his practice in real estate, condominium, business law and
commercial litigation serving as both plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel. Mr. Hájek is
adept in handling transactional matters such as real estate purchases and sales,
business formations, condominium law, real estate development, financing, and
contracts.

Mr. Hájek is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. Federal District Court
for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr.
Hájek has two Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals cases which have been reported: Webcor
Packaging Corn. v. Autozone, Inc., 1998 FED App. 0122P (6th Cir.) and Krohn v. Huron
Memorial Hospital, 1999 FED App. 0122P (6th Cir.).
